Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

Elevizen provides website design, rebuild, and conversion optimization services for digital business owners. Services include but are not limited to: website audit, design mockup, development, launch, and post-launch support as described in the selected package.

2. Payment Terms

• Essentials & Growth: 50% deposit + 50% on delivery
• Authority: 3-installment option available
• Full payment upfront receives a 5% discount
• Payments processed via Stripe. All investment allocations in USD.

3. Refund Policy

The 60-day Booking Guarantee means that if measurable conversion improvement is not achieved within 60 days of launch, Elevizen will provide additional optimization work or issue a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available for completed work where the client did not follow our implementation recommendations.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns all deliverables including design files, code, and copy. Elevizen retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback within revision windows, providing necessary account access, and ensuring content provided does not violate any third-party rights.
